The purpose: What is the occasion, and what would make it a successful day for your group?
The people: Approximate guest count and preferred language.
The timing: Preferred date or date range, flexibility and the time available.
The essentials: Let us know whether the brief requires private use, catering, transport, activities, presentation equipment or accessibility arrangements. These are requests for assessment, not confirmed inclusions.
The budget: An indicative range helps focus the discussion. Share either a total event budget or a per-person range.

Questions From Event Planners
Can we enquire before the camp opens?
Yes. Early enquiries are welcome, with any event proposal subject to the confirmed opening timetable and operational readiness.
What is the maximum group size?
The confirmed event capacity has not been published. Share your approximate number of guests so we can assess the request.
Can we have exclusive use?
You can request it. Exclusive use is subject to availability and written agreement, rather than being assumed for every corporate booking.
Are transport, food and activities included?
There is no confirmed standard event package at this stage. Any proposal must specify what is included, what is optional and what is charged separately.
Do you work with event agencies and travel partners?
Agencies, destination management companies and travel partners are welcome to submit a brief. Please include your company details and your role in the event.
