Privacy Notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you give us through the forms on this site. It describes what the site actually does today, not what it might do later.

Who is responsible
Hala Camp is a project of Saudi Safari. Rehlat Raqmiah for Tourism, Al Malqa, Riyadh 13525, Saudi Arabia, is responsible for the information described here.
For anything to do with your information — a question, a correction, or a request to delete it — write to [email protected].
What we collect
We only hold what you type into a form and send. There are four forms on this site, and each asks for different things.
Opening updates. Your name, if you give it. Whether you would like to hear from us by email or WhatsApp, and the address or number for that. Which kinds of visit interest you. Whether you agreed to be contacted.
Private group enquiries. Your name and how to reach you. Roughly how many people, the occasion, any date you have in mind and how fixed it is, whether children are coming, the pace you want, any privacy preference, an indication of budget, and anything else you choose to write.
Corporate event enquiries. Your name, company and how to reach you. Approximate headcount, the purpose of the event, any date and how fixed it is, the language you would like the day run in, an indication of budget, and any notes.
General contact. Your name, what your message is about, your company if relevant, how to reach you, and your message.
Nothing on this list is required unless the form marks it as required.
What we do not collect
This matters as much as the list above.
- No cookies. The site sets none at all. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- No analytics or tracking. No Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording.
- No third-party requests. Fonts and images are served from this site's own server, so loading a page does not tell any other company that you visited.
- No stored IP address. To stop automated abuse of the forms we briefly hold a one-way scrambled fingerprint of your network address in memory. The address itself is never written down, and the fingerprint is discarded within the hour.
- Nothing in our server logs. When an enquiry is saved, the log records only that one was saved. It does not contain your name, your message or your contact details.
Why we use it
To reply to you, and to plan the visit or event you asked about.
If you asked for opening updates, we will also use your contact details to tell you when Hala Camp opens and when booking becomes possible. We do that only because you ticked the box asking us to, and you can tell us to stop at any time.
We do not sell your information. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where it is kept
On a server in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your details do not leave the Kingdom.
Traffic to this site passes through Cloudflare, which carries the connection and protects the site from attack. Cloudflare handles the request in transit; the enquiry itself is stored only on our own server.
Access is limited to the people at Saudi Safari who need it to answer you.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for 24 months from your last contact with us, then delete them. If you joined the opening list, we keep your contact details until you ask to be removed.
If you ask us to delete your information, we will.
Your rights
Under the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- stop using it to contact you
Write to [email protected] and we will act on it. If you are not satisfied with how we respond, you can raise it with the Saudi Data & Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA).
Children
This site is not aimed at children, and the forms are meant to be filled in by an adult. A group enquiry may mention that children are coming; we use that only to plan the visit.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not apply a new version retrospectively to information you have already given us.
