Talk to Hala Camp
Have a gathering in mind, a question about the camp or a partnership to discuss?
Start with the option that matches your request. It helps keep the right details together without asking you to send the same enquiry twice.
Hala Camp is under construction near Jeddah. Opening and booking information will be announced once confirmed. An enquiry is not a reservation.
What Would You Like to Discuss?
A family or private-group visit
Tell us approximately how many people are coming, your preferred date or period and what would make the occasion work for your group.
A company event or team day
Share the purpose, headcount, timing and any essential requirements. Event agencies can use the same form and identify their role in the brief.
Opening news or an overnight stay
Not ready to choose a date? Join the opening list and select the interests you want to hear about. Signing up does not reserve accommodation, a programme or a price.
Partnerships, media or a general question
Use the form below. Travel partners can introduce their business and intended guest groups. Suppliers can describe their proposal. For media requests, share the subject and the deadline you are working toward; submitting a deadline does not confirm that it can be met.
Send an Enquiry
Tell us your name, a way to reply and what you would like to discuss. A short introduction is enough; please do not include identity documents, payment-card details, medical reports or confidential guest lists.
Send Enquiry
Your contact details will be used to respond to this request. Sending an enquiry does not sign you up for opening-news messages or create a booking.
Looking for the Location?
The website currently introduces Hala Camp as a desert camp near Jeddah. Confirmed arrival directions and visiting arrangements will be published when available.
Please do not make an unarranged visit to the construction site. For a business visit or site inspection, enquire first and wait for an agreed appointment and access instructions.
Before You Send a Message
Can I make a booking through this form?
No. It is an enquiry form. Any later booking needs a confirmed date, scope, price and terms through the process announced by Hala Camp.
I already sent a group or corporate enquiry. Should I send it again here?
No. Please keep any follow-up in the same conversation, using your enquiry reference if one was provided. You do not need to create another request simply because you found this page.
Can I ask about a media visit or a supplier proposal?
Yes. Explain your role and request in the general form. It does not confirm access to the site, a collaboration, complimentary services or commercial terms.
Does registering for opening news guarantee early access?
No. It is a way to hear confirmed news. No priority booking, invitation, discount or complimentary experience has been announced through this registration.
