Your People. Your Kind of Desert Gathering.
A family get-together. A day with friends. Time with guests you don’t see often enough.
Hala Camp is being developed as a new place near Jeddah for gatherings beyond the usual setting. For a future group visit, start by telling us who is coming and what you would enjoy doing together.
Pre-opening enquiries are welcome. The camp is under construction; dates, group capacity and arrangements remain subject to confirmation.
Start With the Occasion
A family gathering
Think about the ages in the group, how long everyone would enjoy being out and whether the visit should revolve around one shared moment or different interests.
Tell us what matters most: time together, a comfortable place to gather or activities to be assessed for the people attending. Children’s participation and the suitability of specific facilities will need to be checked against the final offering.
Time with friends
A good plan does not need every hour filled. You might prefer an activity-led visit, a more relaxed gathering or a balance of the two.
Share the pace you have in mind. Any activity, meal or additional arrangement would be confirmed in the proposal rather than assumed from the group enquiry.
Hosting visiting guests
Sometimes the occasion is simply having everyone in the same place.
Tell us the language your guests prefer, the time available and how much of the visit you would like to spend on activities versus sitting together. These are useful starting points for a future programme.
For clients, colleagues or a company occasion, use our corporate event enquiry.
What Does “Private” Mean for Your Group?
A group enquiry does not automatically mean exclusive use of Hala Camp.
You may be asking about your own programme, a space set aside for your group or use of the whole venue. These are different requests, with different implications for availability and the arrangements needed.
Tell us which you have in mind. The scope of private use, any shared areas and the agreed timings must be clear in the written proposal before you make a booking decision.
Three Decisions That Help Shape the Visit
The pace. Would the group enjoy a more active programme, a slower gathering or both?
The occasion. Is the priority catching up, spending time as a family or introducing guests to a new setting?
The essentials. Do you need us to assess food, transport, seating, accessibility or a particular level of privacy?
You don’t need to have the whole day planned. A useful enquiry starts with the essentials, including anything that would make the visit unsuitable for your group.
Tell Us About Your Group
Share an approximate group size, the occasion and a preferred date or date range. “Not decided yet” is a useful answer where your plans are still flexible.
Add any important requirements in a short note. At this stage, please do not send guest identity documents or sensitive personal details.
Send Group Enquiry
We’ll use your details to respond to this enquiry. Submitting it does not reserve a date or confirm private use.
Questions Before You Enquire
Can we request the whole camp?
You can include full private use in your brief. Whether it can be offered, the capacity and the terms will need confirmation; it is not included simply because you enquire as a group.
Is there a minimum group size or a published group price?
Neither has been announced for Hala Camp. Share an approximate guest count so the team can understand your request without committing to an unconfirmed package.
Can we request transport, food or activities?
Yes, you can list the arrangements you would like assessed. An enquiry is not confirmation that each requested service is available or included.
Can the group stay overnight?
Overnight accommodation is part of the development plans but is not open for booking. Explore the overnight vision and mention your interest in the enquiry.
